Zagarancea este un sat şi comună din raionul Ungheni. Din componenţa comunei fac parte localităţile Elizavetovca, Semeni și Zagarancea. Localitatea se află la distanța de 4 km de orașul Ungheni și la 117 km de Chișinău. La recensămîntul din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 1482 de oameni. Satul Zagarancea a fost menționat documentar în anul 1490.
