• on the bottom part -the inscription „200 LEI”;
• following the coin circumference– the inscription "REPUBLICA MOLDOVA" is engraved in block letters.

Reverse:

• on the central part – inside of medieval rosette, the imagine of Fortress Soroca, upper part open crown with five visible fleurons;
• on the bottom part - the inscription “MOLDOVA” is engraved in block letters,on the ribbon, the inscription „650 ANI”.
