Novaia Nicolaevca este un sat din cadrul comunei Mănoileşti, raionul Ungheni. Satul Novaia Nicolaevca este situat la o distanță de 10 km de orașul Ungheni și la 98 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituia 186 de oameni. Satul Novaia Nicolaevca a luat naștere la începutul secolului XX.
